Lagenandra meeboldi Red on Driftwood for Aquariums

Introduction

Laganandra is part of the Cryptocoryne family, but it’s slightly different being hardier. This plant has been tied onto driftwood for easy placement – in fact, you literally drop it into place and leave it to grow. The leaves are a beautiful colour and can get up to 30cm long under the right conditions. If you plant it in groups, it becomes a focal point and looks lovely amongst all the other greens. It’s a slow grower, so it doesn’t require very much light or food and is excellent for beginners. Wood ranges from 15-25cm approximately
Simply place where you like on the bottom of your aquarium. Undemanding and generally slow growing – little maintenance required. European producer, so no pesticides EVER used. Great for beginners – little work is needed to create a beautiful scene. Plants grown on wood or rock create instant impact.
